Small Strimps Masala Pakoras

Crispy, spiced Small Strimps dipped in a flavorful gram flour batter and fried to golden perfection. Perfect for tea-time or rainy-day snacks with a desi twist!

Ingredients:

  • 250g Fresh St! Small Strimps
  • 1 cup gram flour (besan)
  • 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 green chilies, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Water as needed
  • Oil for frying

Instructions:

  • Rinse and pat dry the Fresh St! Small Strimps.
  • In a bowl, mix gram flour, spices, onion, green chilies, and salt. Add water gradually to form a thick batter.
  • Heat oil in a deep pan.
  • Dip each shrimp into the batter, ensuring it's fully coated, and carefully drop it into the hot oil.
  • Fry until golden brown and crisp. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  • Serve hot with tamarind chutney or mint raita.
